ARTICLE I – KARAOKE VENUE SCOPE

🎤 Open Educational Karaoke Access:
All NeuraPump.Rocks open-source lyric and karaoke subtitle content may be freely used by physical karaoke venues worldwide (including KTVs, family entertainment centers, community karaoke spaces, etc.) for:

• Non-commercial, in-house karaoke sessions

• Community education, language learning, or family-friendly singing events
  ONLY when displayed with instrumental or backing tracks (i.e., no original artist vocals present).

✅ Permitted:

• Removal of original vocal tracks for karaoke display

• Projecting or displaying official NeuraPump lyric subtitles with instrumental or backing tracks

❌ Strictly Prohibited Without License:

• Creating or displaying karaoke subtitle videos or tracks that include original NeuraPump vocal recordings

• Producing, selling, or distributing karaoke videos with original vocals and subtitles

• Use of NeuraPump karaoke subtitles with any paid, on-demand, or monetized service unless expressly licensed by GEN

🪪 Commercial or Value-Added Use Requires License:
If your venue wishes to offer:

• On-demand subtitle video production with original vocals

• Monetized/paid karaoke subtitle video creation or distribution

• Any branded or exclusive NeuraPump content in commercial packages
  You must obtain a formal Commercial Integration License or Franchise Agreement from GEN.

ARTICLE II – ETHICS, ATTRIBUTION & QUALITY

• No explicit, offensive, or harmful content

• Family- and child-safe messages only

• Karaoke lyrics must remain unaltered, timed as per official releases

📢 Attribution Required:

ARTICLE III – ENFORCEMENT

🚨 Violations May Result In:

• Immediate DMCA takedown requests

• IP enforcement, legal action, and/or venue delisting

• Loss of access to NeuraPump open-source karaoke resources

GEN favors mediation and positive community engagement.
All disputes subject to private mediation or arbitration in the State of New York, USA.

ARTICLE IV – PHILOSOPHY

NeuraPump was built to bring joy and learning through song, not to commercialize original recordings.
We believe karaoke is for everyone—but value-added content requires fair partnership.

ARTICLE V – DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE

By displaying, performing, or projecting NeuraPump.Rocks karaoke subtitles in your venue, you agree to this protocol.
